BEAUTIFULLY BUILT AND BUILT TO LAST
Vista Plantation has just celebrated its 30th anniversary of the sale of the first buildings constructed in the mid 1980’s. The condominium complex was conceived, designed and built by Vista Properties, Inc. – their 11th development in Florida and the 5th in Vero Beach.
Ron Ewing, president of Vista Properties said at the time – “We’re proud of Vista Plantation. The construction of the buildings is solid poured concrete, 6 inch thick steel reinforced walls and ceilings using a French forming system that was revolutionary at the time. There are 47 buildings with 12 units per building – a total of 564 units. The second floor ceiling is also concrete with an architectural wood truss roof above. This construction makes the units very quiet and economical to cool and heat.
Our buildings and community have been extremely well maintained with continuing investment in the repair, replacement and maintenance of the entire property. Our reserve accounts are fully funded to support future needs and our operating budgets allow us to keep everything looking brand new.
